Hey Readers,
I am one step closer to getting Girl, Unplugged out into the published world. Over the last couple of weeks I immersed myself in the world of book formatting and dove deep back into the world, and words, of my YA novel that first met readers, in completion, here on Story Hoarder. Then, two days after I put the final touches on the manuscript and cover, I swore I was hallucinating when I heard local news talking about CMEs, solar storms, sunspots and aurora borealis — the exact things that I became so obsessed with over a decade ago that inspired this story!
How does one not feel like the Universe is giving its blessing with such an overt act of environmental synchronicity?
What’s Your Girl, Unplugged Reading Status?
Have you read Girl, Unplugged yet? Were you waiting for a PDF version so you could read the book straight through, rather than click through the serialization online (eBook, print, and maybe even audio are on the horizon!)? Are you looking for a story that captures that excitement we were feeling last week when the Northern Lights leaked into skies unaccustumed to such briliance?
If you are ready to relive the thrill, keep on reading!
Cover Concept
First, a peek at the new (possible) cover design (I am learning so many things in this process):

Well Ms. Rivera congrats. Finishing a novel is a landmark for any writer. Regarding the PDF, how do ya get it? Hitting download didn't work. Also are you charging? What's your hope for this novel?
Congratulations!
